We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you remain unsatisfied after 14 days and your request falls within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at contactsupport@gloryelle.com.


Need to change your mind?

We understand, sometimes minds change! If you need to alter or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may have already entered processing and we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are still unhappy with your purchase, you may request a return after 14 days and within 60 days of your purchase date. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Received a Damaged Item?

We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. Please note that cosmetic damage to packaging—such as dented boxes—does not qualify as a damaged product if the product itself remains intact.

If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contactsupport@gloryelle.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery issues—including lost, stolen, or delayed packages—please contact the courier directly.

Gloryelle is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a reshipment or refund.
